Shipping fees
- Locally made and sourced items: R80 per order
- Imported items: R115 per order
- Orders combining locally made items and imported items may ship separately and will be charged both applicable shipping fees
Locally stocked items
Ships within 3-5 business days from Johannesburg.
Imported items
Items marked "Imported" ship directly from our overseas supplier. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, imported items can occasionally take longer due to customs processing outside our control. We'll keep you updated if anything changes.
