Return & Refund Policy

Locally made and sourced items (zines, photobooks, prints, merchandise, and other locally produced or locally stocked goods)
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if there's a fault, printing defect, or manufacturing issue. Since much of this is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, but reach out if something's not right and we'll sort it out.

For sizing issues on apparel, please check our size guide before ordering. Exchanges for a different size are handled on a case by case basis.

Imported items (including but not limited to film, camera accessories, and other imported goods)
Due to the nature of imported goods, we have stricter terms on these:

• Returns accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the issue
• No returns for change of mind on imported items, given shipping timelines and costs involved
